Ashutosh Saxena builds foundation models that teach robots to operate reliably in the real world. As the founder and CEO of TorqueAGI, he focuses on physics-informed AI to power mission-critical robotic systems across dynamic environments.

Before TorqueAGI, Ashutosh taught as a computer science professor at Cornell University, where he directed the “Wikipedia for Robots” project. He previously earned his Ph.D. at Stanford University and has co-founded a series of tech startups, including Caspar AI and Katapult.

He frequently speaks about the challenges of physical AI, emphasizing why building for robotics requires more than just scaling data.
