Ben Gilbert co-hosts Acquired, a technology podcast uncovering the stories behind major companies. He researches and interviews industry figures from startup founders to Fortune 500 CEOs.
Before podcasting, Ben worked as a software engineer at Microsoft on Office for iPad and built early iPhone apps. He later moved into venture capital, creating and backing startups at Madrona and Pioneer Square Labs.
When he isnβt recording, Ben is an Eagle Scout who enjoys running, cycling, and tinkering with computers.
