Bill Boorman has spent his entire working life taking apart the recruiting process. Starting as a trainee at 16, he went on to run agencies, lead HR teams, and help major brands adapt how people get hired. Today, he advises tech companies and investors on modern HR tools.
He serves on the board of VONQ, PlacedApp, and StaffCircle. His talks focus on the shift from software products to automated workflows, asking hard questions about what happens when AI completely changes how candidates are evaluated.
Away from work, he is a father, street artist, and stand-up comedian.
