Constantijn van Oranje is the Special Envoy at Techleap, where he works to shape The Netherlands into a European powerhouse for tech companies. He connects scaleup founders and collaborates with the government to improve conditions for entrepreneurs.
He also serves on the board of the NATO Innovation Fund and previously acted as Chief of Staff for the European Commission’s Digital Agenda. His focus often centers on macro strategy, a theme he unpacked during his talk on the impact of technology on democracy.
