Helping engineering teams rethink how they work in the AI era at GitHub.
Dhiwakar Kusuma helps engineering teams rethink how they build software. Drawing on two decades in the tech industry, he works as a Senior Technical Partner Manager at GitHub to guide developers and leaders through shifts in their daily workflows.
Lately, his focus is on the practical realities of generative AI. Rather than getting caught up in model benchmarks, Dhiwakar challenges builders to look past the hype. He explores what the agentic era actually means for software development and the new skills required to solve real industry problems.
