Dr. Yvonne Lutsch directs investments at Lam Capital, backing startups in semiconductors, digital manufacturing, and AI. She looks for companies with strong technical moats and helps them scale.
Before joining Lam, she led investments across climate tech and industrial IoT at Bosch Ventures. Her transition to venture capital follows two decades of hands-on engineering and manufacturing work. She frequently speaks on how AI shifts software economics and changes what enterprise acquirers actually want from new platforms.
Based on the US West Coast, Yvonne holds a PhD in Applied Physics.
