Currently a Senior HR Business Partner at Der Tagesspiegel, she focuses on the psychological impact of modern engineering. Her work explores how AI-assisted development shifts a developer’s load from writing code to evaluating it, creating hidden mental friction.
Alongside her coaching practice, she is pursuing a clinical psychology degree to further understand how human brains handle stress.
