Erran Berger runs engineering at LinkedIn, building the technology that scales to over 1.3 billion members. Since 2009, he has shaped the infrastructure behind the company’s core products, from consumer feeds to enterprise recruiting.
He focuses on how large platforms can deploy AI efficiently. His work explores full-stack optimization—from the application layer down to the GPU kernel—and how owning the stack helps deliver AI features while keeping infrastructure growth in check.
Outside of work, Erran serves on the boards of JVS Bay Area and Year Up.
