Ian Hughson

Ian Hughson guides large organizations through structural shifts and AI adoption at TCS. He focuses on how artificial intelligence changes the way businesses operate, build teams, and grow.

Much of his recent work examines the breaking engineering pipeline. As AI handles tasks previously assigned to junior developers, Ian helps companies rethink who they hire and how they develop their future senior engineers.

Outside of the office, Ian is an active rugby coach and referee.
