Ingo Eichhorst trains engineering teams and builds AI-native systems. He works at IONOS and teaches machine learning at the University of Applied Sciences Nordhausen. He previously spent over a decade developing AI architectures for banking, legal tech, and e-commerce.
His core focus is making probabilistic AI models highly reliable in production. He teaches developers how to safely govern AI agents that generate code, configs, and tests, aiming for strictly predictable system behavior.
Outside the classroom, Ingo mentors AI startups and contributes to open-source software.
