Irina Branovic builds infrastructure designed for massive scale. As a Tech Lead at the adtech company adjoe, she engineers backend systems that process billions of requests from 600 million daily users.
Her core focus is high-stakes reliability. When an adjoe partner ran a Super Bowl ad, Irina helped prep their Golang backend to survive a sudden wave of 30 million users hitting the system in under an hour.
Before moving to Hamburg, she earned her PhD in Information Engineering in Italy. While there, she learned Italian from scratch and eventually used it to teach university classes.
