Léo Grinsztajn builds general-purpose models for tabular data. As a founding research scientist at Prior Labs—recently acquired by SAP—he leads the development of next-generation tabular foundation models.
His work brings the capabilities of foundation models directly to structured business data. Léo explores how tools like TabPFN can improve predictive analytics, intelligent automation, and daily decision-making.
He earned his PhD at Inria Saclay, where he created new benchmarks for tabular data, and holds degrees in computer science and mathematics from École polytechnique.
