Malavika V builds agentic systems and AI-driven mainframe tools at IBM. She works on the Bob Premium Package for Z, figuring out how AI can help developers modernize mission-critical applications and untangle complex monoliths into modular microservices.
Instead of just generating code, she looks at how AI supports the entire software lifecycle. She teaches teams how to debug, test, and build end-to-end applications through iterative prompting, as explored in her workshop on building smarter AI solutions. She also contributes to IBM’s Bobathon initiatives to shape new approaches to enterprise software.
