Matan Grinberg builds platforms for autonomous software development. As the co-founder and CEO of Factory, his work focuses on reshaping the software development lifecycle for a world where AI agents write most of the code.

He helps engineering teams at companies like NVIDIA, Adobe, and Palo Alto Networks adapt to multi-agent workflows and prepare for the end of human code review. Before moving into software development, Matan studied string theory at Princeton and UC Berkeley.
