Matthias “Matze” Henze is the CEO and founder of Jimdo. For the past 18 years, he has built tools that help solo creators and micro-businesses thrive online. He actively advocates for independent workers and serves as a curator for the German Founder’s Award.
His work focuses heavily on the mental game of business. He frequently speaks about overcoming imposter syndrome, cultivating resilience, and developing an entrepreneurial mindset, drawing from his own founder journey.
Originally from Göttingen, he spent his childhood living between Oman and the US.
