Max Tschochohei helps organizations put large language models into production. As Director of Customer Engineering for AI at Google Cloud, he leads the EMEA teams deploying Gemini, Vertex AI, and core AI infrastructure.
He frequently speaks about the realities and secret ingredients required for running AI at enterprise scale.
Outside of Google, Max is based in Munich where he co-leads the AI in Women’s Health research group at TUM University Hospital. His team builds clinical decision models and patient digital twins to improve treatment for rare gynecological tumors.
