Peter Kürpick leads enterprise software as the global CTO and Senior VP at EPAM Systems. With a PhD in theoretical physics, he transitioned from academic research into building large-scale technical systems.
Peter previously helped conceive SAP NetWeaver and guided IT strategy as an operating partner at BainCapital. He has also directed engineering at HERE Technologies, Unify, and Software AG. Today, he focuses on the realities of enterprise architecture, frequently exploring the secret ingredients of running AI at scale.
Based in Berlin, Peter holds a master’s degree in environmental sciences.
