Rajeev leads engineering, IT, and security at Atlassian, guiding the company’s shift toward cloud and developer platforms. Before this, he headed engineering for Facebook in the Pacific Northwest and spent over two decades at Microsoft, where he helped build the cloud infrastructure for Office 365.
He frequently speaks on the impact of developer communities and how to scale engineering organizations natively.
Based in Washington state, Rajeev spends his downtime supporting local arts and STEM programs, alongside his family and a yellow lab named Rayna.
