Tabitha Kleine builds secure banking applications for the Sparkassen Finance Group at Finanz Informatik. She started out in product and project management before shifting her focus to leading application development teams.
Her work centers on scaling modern financial infrastructure while navigating strict data compliance. Recently, she helped roll out an on-premise, enterprise-wide AI assistant running entirely inside their own data centers. Alongside tackling complex technical deployments, she speaks regularly about how engineering leaders can better identify and develop new talent during organizational transitions.
