Tim Gilboy builds tools that make engineering teams faster. He co-founded Sourcery to tackle the bottlenecks in developer workflows, shifting from product management into building developer tooling over the last four years.
Initially focused on static analysis for Python, JavaScript, and Java, his work now centers entirely on automated code reviews to cut down context switching and cycle times.
When he is not figuring out how to speed up pull requests, you can usually find him playing ultimate frisbee.
