Many questions, including this one, were discussed at the Karriere.Zeit workshop at Technische Universität Wien with highly engaged students. 🚀 Top take-aways from the workshop: 🔍 Yes, AI is biased – for example when associating different jobs with a certain skin color or gender. 🧙‍♂️ How to trick AI Gandalf – a program challenging your skills to prompt showing that secure systems are equipped to disregard prompts. 📊 Real-world use cases from RBI: How smart prompting helped us save two man-days when drafting and structuring reports. 💡 Why essential AI skills and effective prompting are needed in today’s job market. TU Company Day

In December, we had the pleasure of welcoming students from the talente.programm by Technische Universität Wien here at Raiffeisen Bank International AG. The young talents demonstrated their skills in a #cloud case and got to know our most wanted IT profiles. There was a good laugh at the beer o'clock afterwards, with our professionals rehashing stories from their own student days. It's always nice to see when our employees act as role models and establish a very special relationship with the students.
