We have 60 offices worldwide and are growing steadily. With over 1,400 Dynatracers in engineering, the heart of Research & Engineering beats in Europe. Our Engineering Headquarters is located in Linz, while our labs are spread across various cities, including Barcelona, Graz, Gdańsk, Hagenberg, Innsbruck, Klagenfurt, Tallinn, Vienna, and Detroit in the U.S.
Our Dynatrace Work Model supports in-person connection, cultural vibrancy, and hyper-innovation. Recognizing every team’s and individual’s unique needs, we offer flexibility with on-site collaboration and remote work options. The FLEX model requires two office days weekly, while the REMOTE model suits Dynatracers living further away from the office.
We value and protect mental health and provide access for Dynatracers to the support they need to have a positive state of mental health. Our Employee Assistance Program offers you and your family mental health and well-being resources.
We offer company-designated paid days off for employees to unplug and rest. During these days, you can take a break from tasks and emails, allowing you to fully enjoy some time off. Spend your days off prioritizing your well-being.
