We are proud to share that our colleagues from Redcare
Italia recently participated in the Milano Marathon Relay! This event
wasn’t just about the race – it was a chance for us to come together as a team and support a cause that is close to our hearts: Dynamo Camp project,
which helps children with chronic diseases.

Running side by side, full of energy and determination, we experienced the power of teamwork and the joy of giving back. Every step we took represented more than just athletic drive – it was about making a meaningful impact!

This marathon brought us closer together as colleagues
and as a community, reaffirming that together, we can achieve more. The
combination of athletic spirit and social responsibility made the experience
truly special and unforgettable. 🌟

Our IT team – along with colleagues from closely associated departments – gathered for Redcare Pharmacy’s first internal tech event, with plenty of valuable insights on how tech is driving our company forward.

Moderated by Charlotte Van Velthoven-Geerdink and kicked off by our CIO Lode Fastré, the event covered essential topics: from scalability (thanks for the insights, Rico) to product improvements (kudos to Bernhard Spielmann, Kanchi Navaratnam, Jens Wolfgarten, and Nikolas Krokowski).

Our commercial strategy was presented by Dirk Brüse, our CCO, while our NPS (Net Promoter Score) and eNPS (employee Net Promoter Score) were addressed by Thomas Draheim and Lukas Häußler, respectively. Tech recruiting also took centre stage with Barbara Kryslak sharing her insights.
The session on AI & automation featured Dominik Wollenschein, Leon-Carlo Weiß and Frederico, while IT security was covered by Kerim Hajji and Bernhard. At last, Marie-Christin Säger, Frederic Schmidt and Nikolas explored how data can drive growth.

It was a valuable opportunity to see how our tech strategy aligns with our overall goals, reinforcing that Redcare Pharmacy is all about care at our core – and showcasing our commitment to tech and IT innovation.

It was an exciting day filled with inspiring conversations, innovative ideas and opportunities to connect with fellow professionals in the tech space.

A highlight of the event was the presentation by Kanchi Navaratnam, our Director of Product Development, and Serena Nelapatee, our Lead Product Owner eRx, who shared insights in their presentation “How We Learned to Fail Fast and Fix Faster.” They talked about how we as a company have learnt to not only embrace some failures but also adapt quickly, and how fostering a culture of continuous improvement has enabled us to deliver better health tech solutions for millions of customers across Europe.

The conference also provided us with a platform to showcase our work at our very own booth, which attracted many curious and enthusiastic visitors. It was fantastic to meet so many talented individuals who are as passionate about innovation and technology as we are.

We’re proud of how far we’ve come and are excited about what the future holds. A big thank you to everyone who attended our session, visited our booth and engaged in discussions with us! 🙏

Once again, we celebrated our annual summer party at the Blaue Lagune in Wachtendonk. This year’s theme “A space night under a magic sky” truly exceeded all expectations! Over 1,000 colleagues from all locations came together and enjoyed a great evening spent talking, connecting and dancing until the early morning hours.

Highlights of the night included our traditional tombola raffle, a warm welcome from the board members and a hilarious high-energy karaoke session that had everyone laughing and singing along. Also, worth mentioning was the spectacular ceiling setup: an illuminated dome that transformed into a starry sky, perfectly bringing the magic sky theme to life.

🙏 A heartfelt thank you to all the participants who again made this night so special! Also, shout-out to our corporate communications team as well as Peter Schatz and Stefanie Buttler and her amazing team for the fantastic organisation. We’re grateful to have shared this wonderful experience with all of you – we’re already looking forward to the next occasion.
