React / Next.js Needed for Existing Web Project

 Key scope includes:
- Completing and improving the homepage/landing page with a clean, modern layout and reusable UI components
- Integrating all forms (contact, appointment, newsletter, ticket request) with backend APIs, including validation and secure submission handling
- Building a complete blog and case studies system with listing and detail pages, dynamic content, and SEO optimization
- Adding live chatbot integration (e.g., Tawk.to, Intercom, Crisp, Zendesk, or custom solution)
- Implementing a ticket appointment/request system with date/time selection and API integration
- Creating a professional Contact Us page with form, contact details, social links, and Google Maps
