To achieve this, we are replatforming our data landscape with a modern Azure-based architecture and Microsoft Fabric at its core. Data is central to driving scalability, enabling self-service BI across the business, optimizing customer journeys, and supporting our international growth., As a Data Engineer, you will be part of our growing central data team. You will design, build, and optimize robust data pipelines, models, and BI solutions that power analytics, reporting, and machine learning. You'll work closely with Product Managers and Data Engineers to ensure our data platform delivers reliable, scalable, and insightful information., * Design, implement, and maintain data pipelines in Microsoft Fabric (Data Factory, Lakehouse, Warehouse, Notebooks, Pipelines).
- Build and optimize SQL- and PySpark-based transformations in our medallion architecture (bronze, silver, gold layers).
- Deliver end-to-end Power BI solutions: build trusted datasets, design and develop reports, and publish dashboards for self-service use.
- Contribute to the data model evolution, ensuring scalability for new product lines, markets, and customer entities.
- Implement data quality and reconciliation processes (e.g. between HubSpot CRM and warehouse).
- Automate and document ETL/ELT processes for reproducibility and maintainability.
- Partner with product and engineering teams on data integration from key platforms such as HubSpot (CRM/Marketing) and Strapi (CMS)., * Contribute to a more sustainable world on a daily basis

Requirements

Your colleagues work across the US, the Netherlands, Belgium, the UK, Poland and Japan., * 5+ years experience as a Interim Data Engineer (or similar role) with a proven track record in Azure data services.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric (Data Factory, OneLake, Notebooks, Lakehouse, Warehouse, Power BI integration).
- Strong skills in SQL and Python (PySpark).
- Proven ability to design and build Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Experience building and maintaining data models for BI tools.
- Understanding of data architecture principles (medallion architecture, star schema).
- Comfortable collaborating across tech and business teams, translating needs into scalable solutions.
- Experience with HubSpot CRM and/or Strapi CMS data integration.
- Experience with Tableau.
- Exposure to machine learning pipelines in Azure.
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures and API integrations.
