SAP Presales Solution Architect

As an experienced SAP Presales Solution Architect, you will be responsible for the presales, lead generation and delivery for Belgium and the European Cluster Market (Switzerland, Luxembourg, Ireland, Portugal, Austria, Czech Republic, Romania, Poland, Slovakia, and Hungary) to:

• Understand in details RFPs content around S/HANA Greenfield implementations, S/4HANA Brownfield conversions and S/4HANA deployment programs and s
• Support the SAP Bids qualification process.
• Perform the detailed solutioning of S/4HANA Bids, including scoping of required solutions, robust planning definition, design of the needed operating and delivery models to address customer's expectations, estimate work effort and pyramid index required, perform budget estimate.
• Interact with customers' VP during the full presales process in order to better qualify the requirements, challenge the visions and bring value through returns of experience.
• Understand the content of the full SAP offer portfolio of Capgemini, support sales team in bringing SAP expertise and vision during 1st interactions with customers and support SAP Bids prequalification process prior to RFIs/RFPs
• Able to take leadership positions on S/4HANA projects either as a Global SAP Solution Architect and/or Engagement Manager and to conduct S/4HANA assessment studies to support roadmaps definition.

• Minimum 15 years' experience in SAP, first as a consultant, then Solution Architect and Engagement Manager
• 3 to 5 years' experience in S/4HANA and in SAP presales activity (build not run)
• Experience of Public Sector and distributed delivery models. Transversal knowledge across SAP solutions and functional areas is a must.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English, French is considered an asset
• Availability to travel across the Cluster*
