- Framework & Governance support: support in building out a federated smart contract deployment framework in collaboration with the digital assets CoE and in line with UBS policies and tech guardrails
- Training Development: design and develop comprehensive training programs on smart contracts, blockchain fundamentals, and programmable cash tailored to the needs of various teams
- create engaging learning materials, including presentations, hands-on exercises, and case studies, to ensure practical understanding
- Subject Matter Expertise: stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in blockchain technology, smart contracts, and programmable cash

Requirements
Do you have experience in Teaching?, We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Smart Contracts and Programmable Assets Trainer. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in empowering our existing workforce by designing and delivering a federated smart contract model that enhance their knowledge and skills in blockchain technology, smart contracts, and programmable cash. Your expertise will help drive innovation and ensure our teams are equipped to leverage blockchain technologies and Web3 capabilities effectively in a rapidly evolving financial landscape., * strong expertise in blockchain technology, smart contracts, and programmable assets, with hands-on experience in developing and deploying smart contracts.
- proven experience in training, coaching, or teaching technical concepts to diverse audiences
- excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for non-technical staff
- familiarity with programming languages commonly used in smart contracts (e.g., Solidity, Vyper, java, java script, Perl) and blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Hyperledger, Base, Arbitrum)
- understanding of financial services and regulatory considerations related to blockchain and programmable cash
- a degree in computer science, finance, or a related field paired with external experience within the blockchain space is preferred
