Job description

What you will do:
- Manage critical software systems for data ingestion processes
- Design, develop and maintain robust data pipelines and services ensuring high data quality
- Handle efficient scheduling, monitoring and alerting of data workflows
- Cover activities from day-to-day operations to shaping our data landscape and driving team-overarching initiatives
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand end-to-end processes and propose scalable technical solutions
- Drive modernization of our software stack including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, containerization and cloud-native deployment
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, engineering or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience as application engineer, data engineer, developer or similar role
- Strong software development foundation with practical knowledge in programming languages (Python, Java, C# or similar)
- Experience with workflow orchestration or BPMN-based systems and ingestion at scale
- Hands-on knowledge with Cloud infrastructure and services (preferably Azure), ideally also with Kubernetes and broader DevOps practices
- Ideally, deep understanding of the energy and/or trading industry
