Job description

  • Provide first and second-level support for customer issues and ensure timely resolution and communication.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors to resolve complex AV and IT problems.
  • Maintain and update support tickets for all incidents.
  • Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot Windows (XP-10), MS Office, Cisco Jabber, and other authorized applications.
  • Support Apple users with basic Mac OS knowledge.
  • Handle installation, maintenance, and repair of computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
  • Diagnose and resolve network connectivity and hardware/software issues.
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance and participate in project-based IT support.
