• You will be architecting, implementing, and delivering application workflows
• In addition, you will actively drive technical direction in the Quality aspects of the Product such as performance, scalability, standardisation, testability.
• Contributing to reusable company standards (APIs / Components / workflows)
• You will be taking a key role in collaborating with Developers and POs and Customer support to ensure continuous delivery of a high-quality product.
• R&D topics that require ingenious solutions that may involve AI / Agentic workflows
• Integrating new modules to speed up operations such as: Auditing, Onboarding etc., * Java/Spring Boot
• React/AntD
• Microservice architecture
• Docker-based CI/CD processes
• AWS/kubernetes/terraform

Do you have experience in Spring Framework?, 8+ years of experience as a software engineer

• Proven Expertise and passion in building well-thought through product features, where you drove the solution finding
• Fullstack development experience - building both backend and frontend delivering end-to-end business features to production
• Experience leading technical direction by example
• Passion for creating performant and reusable software components
• Designing APIs (REST or GraphQL), writing structured documentation deciding on component responsibilities shall not be a challenge
• Coding best practices up your sleeves, can deliver on a personal level and have proven record that you can develop the efficiency of the whole team
• You have an eye for quality and efficiently use & promote a variety testing practices that ensure successful dliveries
• Comfortable handling of CI/CD systems that you used to deliver past projects
• You are interested and passionate about making data-driven decisions and doing the necessary data analysis in this regard
• Good communication skills with both POs and Developers
• You speak English (C1) either on a native or bilingual speaker level or with full professional proficiency (cross-border team communication) and willing to work in an international team
• Experience with Containers (Docker) and container orchestration (Kubernetes / Docker swarm)
• You efficiently use AI to make you productive

NICE TO HAVE

• Previous experience working at a startup/scaleup is a big plus
• Experience with AWS / Terraform / ansible
• German B2+
