Are you a curious and motivated student who enjoys solving complex problems with data? We are looking for a Working Student to support our Data Analytics team in developing innovative solutions for the logistics and distribution sector.
In our team, we use data to improve transportation and warehousing processes through descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics. While the team is small, we drive a wide range of impactful projects that directly support global operations.
This role is a unique mix of Data Science and Business Intelligence. You will gain hands-on experience in both building predictive models and designing intuitive dashboards that bring insights to life for business users.
What you will be doing:
- Data Science: Support the development of models for forecasting and optimization in logistics use cases.
- Business Intelligence: Build clear and engaging BI dashboards (mainly in Power BI) to communicate insights.
- Data Analysis: Work with our Data Engineer to access, clean, and analyze large datasets.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Python?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Business Informatics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
- Solid programming foundation, ideally with Python and SQL.
- Knowledge of or strong interest in forecasting techniques (e.g. time series analysis).
- Experience with BI tools, preferably Power BI.
- A pragmatic, hands-on mindset: willing to work on tasks ranging from predictive modeling to dashboard creation.
- Analytical curiosity combined with strong communication skills and the ability to explain results clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
