Requirements

Experience: Over 10 years of experience as a developer with expertise in large-scale databases.
Programming Expertise: Proficient in at least one of the following languages: Elixir, Ruby, or Python.
Web Technologies: Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and UI frameworks.
TDD Practitioner: Strong commitment to Test-Driven Development (TDD).
Unix Skills: Comfortable with a Unix shell environment.
Security Focused: Experience working in ISO 27001-certified environments.
Agile Development: Familiar with Agile methodologies and continuous deployment processes.
GitHub Profile: Active contributor with projects showcased on GitHub.

Soft Skills

Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
Curious and eager to learn and adopt new technologies.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Fluency in French and English.
Leadership abilities to mentor and guide a team (a plus).
