Job description
- Define and document the integration architecture of SAP SuccessFactors modules
- Design an architecture compliant with internal standards and best practices.
- Analyze the technical and functional impacts related to the integration of SAP solutions into the existing ecosystem.
- Participate in architecture workshops and contribute to decisions on technical choices.
- Ensure coherence between the different IT system components, in connection with business, SAP, and infrastructure teams.
- Work in agile mode with project teams, developers, SAP integrators, and business stakeholders
- *Write architecture documentation (HLD, LLD, integration diagrams, patterns, etc.)
- Contribute to alignment with reference methodologies (TOGAF 9, ITIL).
- Participate in testing phases, technical validations, and deployment support.
- Provide expert support during structural decisions related to HR IT architecture.
Requirements
- Strong mastery of SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem and integration patterns.
- Proficient in modular, service-oriented, and cloud architectures.
- Familiar with architecture modeling tools and standards like TOGAF., * Very good mastery of the SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem: Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll (ECP), other HR modules.
- Solid knowledge of IT system integration patterns (API, middleware, interfaces, services, application bus, etc.).
- Understanding of modular, service-oriented, cloud or hybrid architectures.
- Experience with SAP On-Premise and Cloud environments, as well as interoperability mechanisms.
- Mastery of modeling tools and architecture standards (TOGAF, ArchiMate).
