Job description

As Scrum Master you act as a servant leader and coach for one or more agile teams within the Service Management ART. You facilitate Scrum rituals, coach teams on agile practices, and drive continuous improvement. Beyond facilitation, you proactively remove impediments, foster collaboration across teams and domains, and create transparency on performance, risks, and dependencies., * Experience with Servicemanagement

  • Facilitate Scrum events and ensure disciplined execution
  • Identify and resolve impediments, including cross-team dependencies
  • Coach teams in agile practices, Lean UX, self-organization, and risk management
  • Create transparency on performance, deliverables, dependencies, and risks
  • Shield the team from distractions and help maintain focus
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, Release Train Engineer, and other Scrum Masters
  • Guide offshore team members and promote effective cross-regional collaboration

The Scrum Master role is part of the IT Service Management ART, reporting to the IT GL Service Management. You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, the Release Train Engineer, fellow Scrum Masters, and other stakeholders across ASML.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Scrum?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Bachelor's or Master's degree, Agile and/or SAFe certification

  • Proven experience as Scrum Master in IT environments, preferably corporate or high-tech
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and ability to deal with ambiguity
  • Excellent English communication skills, spoken and written
  • Hands-on mentality with strong team building and facilitation skills
