Job description
- Develop, maintain, and execute manual and automated test scripts.
- Participate in defining test strategies and performing Product Risk Analyses (PRA).
- Analyze test results, report defects, and provide release recommendations.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to review requirements and user stories.
- Set up and manage test data and test management tools.
- Implement and maintain Test Automation Frameworks.
Requirements
We are looking for a skilled Test Engineer with strong experience in both manual and automated testing. You will be responsible for designing and executing test strategies across the software development lifecycle, ensuring product quality and reliability in Agile/Scrum and DevOps environments., * Proficient in tools like Selenium, Tosca, Appium, Cucumber, and SpecFlow.
- Strong knowledge of TDD, BDD, and test automation architecture.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
- Programming skills in one or more: Java, Python, C#, JavaScript.
- Familiarity with test management systems such as JIRA, Quality Center, Xray.
- Knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI) and frameworks (Robot, Cypress).
- Understanding of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps practices.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI/ML testing, low-code platforms (Pega, Outsystems), or cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
- Familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter).
- ISTQB or equivalent certification.

- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
- Able to work independently and take ownership of quality assurance processes.
