Job description

  • Provide first/second-level support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with vendors to resolve complex IT/AV problems.
  • Install, upgrade, and support Windows (XP-10), MS Office, Cisco Jabber, Mac OS basics, and authorized applications.
  • Maintain and repair desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals, including preventive maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity using diagnostic tools.
  • Support smart devices, telecoms, and AV systems with a broad IT knowledge base.
  • Work effectively in project-based environments, ensuring clear communication, teamwork, and up-to-date incident tracking.
