Job description
As a Back-end Developer, you will work in a team of six enthusiastic colleagues on mobile apps within the Nexus Framework. Together, the team delivers three to four releases per week, with lean working and continuous improvement at the core. You will take ownership of your projects, support your colleagues, and contribute to a sprint review every two weeks.
As a Back-end Developer, you have the freedom to make technical decisions and will work with automated and technical testing. Documentation and logging your activities are essential, as is sharing knowledge and giving and receiving feedback.
What does the team look like?
When you join us as a Back-end Developer, you will become part of an international team, most of whom work from our headquarters in Zoetermeer (NL). The team collaborates closely and always supports each other. They hold daily stand-up meetings and provide room for 360-degree feedback. Continuous improvement is central to this team, and they strongly believe in sharing knowledge over speed. Together, they work on the latest product from TKH Security.
Requirements
Do you have experience in TypeScript?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, We are looking for an experienced Back-end Developer with a strong technical background and a flexible attitude. You have excellent communication skills and collaborate openly and transparently with colleagues. Additionally, you show initiative and dare to take calculated risks. You are also someone who:
- Speaks Dutch and English fluently;
- Holds a completed bachelor's degree (HBO level) in an IT-related field;
- Has at least three years of relevant work experience;
- Has a lean mindset;
- Is strong in test automation and technical testing;
- Has knowledge of databases and documentation processes;
- Knows AWS (TypeScript), React, Bit, and Python inside out;
- Has an interest in developing into a Full-Stack Developer (preferred).
