Job description
You will join a dedicated migration team working across the Netherlands and Poland, with Rotterdam as the central hub. This team is responsible for implementing and overseeing the migration to IPC, ensuring that all network and firewall components are transitioned effectively., As a Cloud Migration Engineer (Network & Firewall Implementer), you will play a key role in the success of the IPC migration. You will be responsible for implementing firewall and network changes, documenting processes, and ensuring that all configurations follow ING's standards and guidelines. Responsibilities
- Implement network and firewall changes in line with ING policies and standards.
- Create and maintain run books for firewall and network implementations.
- Update and maintain accurate technical documentation.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Scrum?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with F5 (GTM & LTM) and Palo Alto firewalls.
- Experience with Check Point, Cisco, and Infoblox is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum ways of working.
- Scripting knowledge (Python, Bash, Ruby, or PowerShell).
Benefits & conditions
- 12 months contract with the possibility of extension, aiming for internal employment at ING after 18 months.
- A 36 hour workweek with flexible hours and a hybrid working model (office and home-based).
- Salary range: € 3.750,00 - € 5.825,00 gross per month (based on 36 hours per week, based on experience).
- Additional benefits: holiday allowance, 13th month and pension contributions.
