Job description

The world is at your feet as an Engineering Scrum Master Level 3 at KLM.Not only will you help foster self-organization within cross-functional teams and facilitate Agile ceremonies, but you'll also find yourself in an environment where innovation meets aviation engineering. As an Engineering Scrum Master Level 3, you remove obstacles that prevent the team from reaching its full potential. You ensure transparency and visibility into team progress and performance using Agile reporting tools such as Jira. You work closely with Product Owners to ensure user stories are well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with business goals and customer needs.

  • You'll be part of a dynamic department, consisting of three Engineering units;
  • You'll collaborate with a diverse team of professionals;
  • You'll support the team in delivering high-value products;
  • You'll protect the team from external disruptions;
  • You'll promote self-organization and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Where do you land?

Your base will be at Schiphol-East, right in the heart of our maintenance organization. You'll be part of the overarching Engineering department, working alongside experts in aircraft engineering and maintenance. These teams are responsible for ensuring aircraft airworthiness and developing innovative maintenance solutions. In this dynamic environment, you'll play a key role in driving innovation and excellence within the aviation industry. Your profile

You easily switch between tasks and quickly analyze where problems lie. You're able to apply coaching techniques across teams and build strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and leadership. You swiftly identify and address issues that hinder team progress and act as a change agent, guiding and coaching the organization in Agile adoption.

Requirements

  • Are a certified Scrum Master (CSM) or hold an equivalent certification;
  • Have at least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master;
  • Are experienced in using Jira as an Agile tool;
  • Speak and write Dutch and English fluently.
