Data scientist - Amsterdam, Netherlands

In the role of a Lead Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required

• Create innovative AI models and algorithms to address specific business needs.
• Leverage your expertise in areas like machine learning, neural networks, and natural language processing.
• Strong programming knowledge in Python & R
• Dive into extensive datasets to identify patterns and insights.
• Use data analysis techniques
• Build and manage databases for AI-powered systems.
• Ensure data accuracy and efficient retrieval.
• Work closely with data scientists, software developers, and other tech teams.
• Understand project requirements and create viable AI solutions, reference architecture or analysis reports.
• Continuously improve AI algorithms and systems for better performance.
• Provide advice on AI-related legal and ethical aspects.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Preferred

• Programming experience in Java
• Knowledge on Azure to deploy the applications.
• Knowledge on Monitoring tools: Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic
