Job description

The Diagnostic Medical Affairs Integration Lead - Core Diagnostics Platforms and Digital Education plays an integral role in the delivery of medical support to internal colleagues and customers globally. This position is critical in managing and advancing Zoetis Diagnostics education initiatives, focusing on RACE-accredited education renewals, digital education platforms, learning and development, and language translation projects. This role requires close collaboration with core diagnostic platform teams (hematology, chemistry, coagulation) and cross-functional partners to ensure consistent, compliant, and impactful educational content delivery worldwide., * Collaborate with diagnostic instrument medical leads to create content for marketing, education, training materials, and presentations, specifically around core diagnostic products (hematology, immunoassay, chemistry, coagulation).

  • Lead the management and renewal process of RACE-accredited education programs, ensuring compliance and timely updates.
  • Oversee digital education platforms to ensure content is current, accessible, and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Monitor and report on education program metrics and impact to inform continuous improvement.
  • Develop learning plans and coordinate with colleagues for events such as regional and national conferences, webinars, and wet labs.
  • Assist in curriculum development and enhancements for US and international field forces; provide medical training and coaching to internal audiences for new and existing products.
  • Coordinate learning and development initiatives related to diagnostic platforms, supporting internal and external training needs.
  • Advocate for medical messaging and case inclusion in materials and presentations addressing the diagnostic portfolio, with a special focus on core diagnostic products.
  • Collaborate closely with the Diagnostic Medical Affairs Integration Lead for Virtual and Reference Laboratories.
  • Manage language translation projects to localize educational materials for diverse markets, ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance.
  • Manage external and internal Key Opinion Leader (KOL) groups to support Zoetis Diagnostics.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to support Zoetis Diagnostics' educational and medical affairs objectives.
  • Coordinate KOL involvement in advisory boards, speaker programs, educational events, and content development to ensure alignment with scientific accuracy and market needs.
  • Collaborate closely with core platform teams (hematology, chemistry, coagulation) to integrate educational content and messaging.
  • Collaborate with other Zoetis business units to find educational synergies and areas for cross-collaboration.
  • Work with medical affairs, marketing, learning and development and product teams to develop, review, and approve educational content and materials.
  • Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing across global teams to maintain consistent educational standards.
  • Support project management activities including timelines, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

  • DVM/VMD from an accredited veterinary college, or equivalent required
  • Minimum 3 years of animal health industry experience
  • Minimum 5 years of clinical practice experience
  • Prior project management and/or medical education experience highly desirable, * Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment, align with and influence internal and external stakeholders, and build/manage relationships at all levels of an organization
  • Demonstrated cross-functional communication and project management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written, presentation) in English.
  • Strong technical writing skills with proficiency in copy editing and proofreading content
  • Comfortable working in highly fluid, complex, and ever-changing environments
  • Computer skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, project management software, * Ability and willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate the schedules of global colleagues
  • Ability and willingness to travel, up to 30% of the time including some weekends.
