IT Specialist (Netherlands/Germany)

Do you love solving technical problems, supporting people, and working with modern tools in an international environment? We're looking for an enthusiastic IT Specialist to join our team in Hoogvliet, Rotterdam.

Your main focus will be supporting our Dutch operations on-site, but once or twice a month you'll travel to Hamburg, where we have a smaller office of about 30 employees who also rely on your IT expertise. You'll provide both remote and on-site support, ensuring smooth operations across both countries.

As part of the Ligabue Group, you'll also collaborate closely with our headquarters in Italy, gaining exposure to international IT standards and cross-border teamwork. This position offers a unique opportunity to quickly develop toward a more senior IT role within an international organization.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the first point of contact for IT-related issues across the Netherlands and Germany.
• Provide technical support via phone, email, remote tools, and on-site visits.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with laptops, printers, mobile devices, and applications.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
• Support users with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel).
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access (Active Directory, Azure AD).
• Assist in onboarding new employees and setting up their IT environment.
• Maintain an accurate IT asset register.
• Document recurring issues and contribute to internal IT knowledge sharing.
• Identify and suggest improvements in systems, tools, and workflows.

Do you have experience in Windows?, * 1-3 years of experience in IT support or a similar technical role.

• Solid understanding of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
• Basic knowledge of Windows Server environments.
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals (IP addresses, DNS, VPN, VLAN).
• Experience with user and device management (Active Directory, Azure AD).
• (Optional) Interest or experience in scripting (PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, or PHP).
• Strong communication skills in English; German or Dutch is a plus.
• A valid driver's license (occasional travel required).
