Senior Front End Developers - Government, Open-source, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, NodeLS, SQL, API, Cloud base, Hybrid, Newcastle or Leeds
Our client within the public sector is looking for an experienced Senior Front End Developer to join a dynamic team dedicated to delivering accessible, high-quality digital services. You will lead the development of reusable UI components and patterns, ensuring compliance with industry standards and accessibility guidelines. Collaborate with a community of developers to create consistent, efficient solutions that serve a wide range of users across multiple devices and browsers.
Key requirements include significant experience in large-scale Front End development, proficiency with open-source tools and frameworks, and a strong understanding of integrating Front End systems with Back End services in cloud environments such as AWS or Azure. You should be a proactive leader with a passion for innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.
Key experience includes:
- Significant experience in large-scale Front End development for systems with high user loads and complex processes.
- Proficiency with open-source tools and frameworks such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript (client and Server Side), TypeScript, and modern Front End frameworks.
- Proven ability in delivering comprehensive unit testing using frameworks like Jest or Mocha.
- Extensive experience integrating Front End systems with Back End services, databases (SQL/NoSQL), caching tools like Redis, and API microservices within cloud environments (AWS or Azure).
