Job description

We are looking for team members who are passionate about supporting people, helping our Operations teams deliver excellent care and support, and celebrating achievements., We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Data Analyst to join our community hub team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the organisation's core operations and ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services., * Report to and support Senior Analyst

  • Conducts analytical work to a high standard
  • Assists in making data and insight a valuable asset to the organisation
  • Supports the wider team in their work with business teams to understand analytical needs
  • Support the organisation's understanding of data, analysis and insight
  • Identifies and helps resolve data quality issues
  • Support the exploration of new tool and approaches
  • Share findings and insight effectively using structured narratives and visualisations

Requirements

Mathematics, Economics, R, Python, Sql, Tableau, Discourse, Excel, Statistics, * Experience in analytical work, working with primarily quantitative methods

  • Degree in statistics, mathematics, economics or equivalent field
  • Good skills in analytical tools, preferably PowerBI and Excel, SQL, Tableau, Python, R or equivalent
  • Some experience in qualitative approaches including content, thematic and discourse analysis, including development of qualitative coding frameworks
