Network Engineer

Are you a Network Engineer who loves getting hands-on - not just designing solutions but building, installing, and supporting them in the real world? If you're ready for a role where your practical skills make the difference, this could be the perfect next step., In this varied and rewarding role, you'll:

• Work on-site at client locations, racking and patching switches, installing equipment, and carrying out upgrades.
• Support existing network solutions - from troubleshooting and audits to ongoing maintenance.
• Deliver hands-on routing and switching implementations (Aruba environments).
• Carry out CAB swaps, network refreshes, and site surveys.
• Be part of a close-knit engineering team that values collaboration and technical excellence.

• A mid-level Network Engineer with solid, practical experience (not just theory!).
• Confident with routing & switching - ideally with exposure to Aruba technologies (Cisco experience also welcome).
• Able to work independently on site, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Certifications (e.g. Aruba, CCNA/CCNP) are a bonus but not essential.
• Based within commutable distance of our West Yorkshire HQ and happy to travel to client sites.

• £45,000 - £50,000 base salary
• Realistic OTE £60,000 - £70,000+
