Job description
We're looking for a Technical Product Owner to join our growing team and lead the development of our data-driven software suite - AirportCharges, LOOP and Apex. You'll work closely with engineering, UX, and commercial teams to define and deliver features that meet customer needs and align with RDC's strategic goals., * Own the product backlog for our technical products, ensuring clarity, prioritisation, and alignment with business objectives.
- Translate complex customer and business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with developers, UX designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality features on time.
- Drive sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives with Agile teams.
- Monitor product performance and user feedback to inform continuous improvement.
- Act as the voice of the customer and advocate for usability, scalability, and technical excellence.
- Contribute to product strategy and roadmap development in collaboration with senior leadership.
Requirements
Do you have experience in UX?, * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Owner in a technical product environment, ideally involving APIs, data platforms, or SaaS.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including developers, UX, and QA.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, and analytics platforms.
- A passion for solving complex problems and delivering customer-centric solutions.
Desirable Skills
- Background in aviation, data analytics, or enterprise software.
- Experience with SQL, APIs, or cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, Snowflake).
- Product Owner certification (e.g., Prince2, CSPO, PSPO) is a plus.
