IT Service Desk Team Leader

• Responsible for the daily operation of the Service Desk, providing support, guidance and training to team members.
• Deal with escalated incidents/service requests
• Develop and maintain the configuration management database.
• Conduct configuration, installation and maintenance of ICT infrastructure to support business systems (virtual and physical servers and data storage devices).
• Have or develop an understanding of key business applications in order to provide support to colleagues and maintenance of the systems. Check requests for support are dealt with. Example of our business applications include: Gladstone 360 (Plus2), ReCreateX, Experian Aperture, Pegasus Opera III, Office365 (inc. SharePoint, Exchange, Teams)

Do you have experience in SharePoint?, * · An excellent knowledge of PC hardware and operating systems

• An in-depth knowledge of standard Windows based software packages (e.g. Microsoft Office)
• An in-depth knowledge of hardware/software configuration and installation
• The ability to consistently deliver exceptional customer service
• The ability to work flexibly and travel across KAL sites (this post will include evenings and weekends on a rota basis), * Do you have an excellent knowledge of PC hardware and operating systems?
