Technology Administration and Operations
Deliver accurate and timely support for queries, incidents, events, and change requests.
Proactively monitor infrastructure, network and firewalls, resolving issues.
Requirements
You'll have a proven track record in supporting infrastructures across a range of technologies. Experience with the following is highly desirable:
Network & Security: Cisco (LAN/WAN/WLAN/Telephony), Fortinet (WAN / SD-WAN), Check Point, Palo Alto, Infoblox (DHCP & DNS), Bluecoat, Zscaler
Load Balancing & Proxies: Citrix NetScaler or similar
Protocols: Strong knowledge of IP services and routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP), Strong communicator, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical details to various audiences.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to thrive under pressure.
Client-centric mindset with a drive to provide excellent service throughout the client journey.
Eagerness to stay current with emerging technologies and best practices.
Fast learner with a proactive attitude.
Qualifications & Requirements
Relevant IT certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA+, Fortinet FCA+, Check Point CCSA+)
Hold or be willing to complete BS7858 clearance
Valid UK Driving Licence (travel required)
