The ServiceNow Platform Manager role comes with a salary up to £85,000 with a great list of benefits. The role is typically a hybrid working pattern from their HQ, or full time in the office. - Take the lead on the system integration, leading the strategic development, governance and optimisation of the software
- Ensure that the software has the largest value-add it can across the business
- Ensure that the integration will support digital transformation and aligns with enterprise architecture
- Lead the vision and roadmap of ServiceNow, ensuring that it ties in with business strategy and benefits each area of the business
- Define and enforce platform governance, standards and best practices
- Report progress to stakeholders, providing regular updates and dashboard development
- Lead a team of ServiceNow developers, analysts and admin support
- Ensure high-quality, scalable and secure solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM and other modules
- Promote adoption of ServiceNow and look for ways to continuously develop and improve the integration and automation
Requirements

Proven experience managing ServiceNow as a platform owner or Lead Architect

Strong understanding of architecture, modules and integration capabilities of ServiceNow

Knowledge of JavaScript, REST/SOAP Apis and data modelling

Experience with DevOps practices and Agile delivery methods
