About the RoleThis is a great opportunity to join a leading Microsoft Partner who are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to support one of their high profile customers in Warrington. This role focuses on governance and client engagement, requiring an individual with strong architectural expertise and the ability to operate at a strategic level. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions, driving compliance and best practices across the enterprise architecture landscape. Key ResponsibilitiesGovernance Oversight: Monitor and guide the Solution Architect on site, ensuring adherence to governance frameworks and project standards.Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, influencing at C-Suite level.Technology Leadership: Provide architectural insight across cloud platforms (AWS or Azure), ensuring solutions align with business objectives.Strategic Alignment: Act as the trusted advisor, bridging the gap between technical teams and client leadership.On-Site Presence: Work on-site two days per week to maintain visibility and drive engagement. Essential Skills & ExperienceProven experience as an Enterprise Architect or similar senior architecture role.Strong understanding of governance processes and compliance in complex projects.Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure - flexibility on platform).Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.Previous experience in Nuclear / Defence, or highly regulated environments is advantageous.
